Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Implementation Manager, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for large, strategic partners during the onboarding process, managing complex accounts and mentoring team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and implementation process for enterprise, strategic, and multi-product/multi-campus accounts
• Ensure successful adoption and transition to Partner Success while providing change management coaching to partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to define implementation methodologies and contribute to process improvement across the organization

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles, with 1-2 years managing enterprise accounts
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM implementation experience, including configuration and data migration
• Experience in multi-threaded stakeholder management across senior and cross-functional contacts
• Change management experience supporting partners through system adoption
• Exceptional project management skills, utilizing project management tools to maintain project plans
