Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex digital banking implementations, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will oversee projects from discovery through go-live and stabilization in a remote environment, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex client implementations, managing the delivery plan and aligning responsibilities among clients and vendors
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), client training, and defect triage while maintaining accountability for project milestones and dependencies
• Handle senior client escalations and lead post-launch stabilization, ensuring smooth transitions to Support and Client Success teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, client onboarding, or technical project management within banking or fintech
• Hands-on experience with a core banking system or digital banking platform, including configuration and technical troubleshooting
• Proven ability to manage concurrent client projects and delivery risks, with clear ownership of project records
• Practical experience with UAT, defect investigation, and cutover planning
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools
