Job Summary
Owning the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, the full-time Senior Implementation Manager will configure and test Supermove accounts for clients, ensuring seamless integration and training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Run implementations from kickoff to go-live, including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and launch
- Design account structures and set up accounting integrations, ensuring accurate financial flows and reporting
- Train customer teams on system usage and improve implementation processes through templates and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing or configuring complex business software for customers
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a significant plus
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting APIs, webhooks, and data syncs; SQL or light scripting knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping any
- Strong writing skills for clear communication with customers and documentation purposes
