Job Summary

Leading implementation projects for Deposit Solutions clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Professional will manage activities from project kickoff through go-live, ensuring client readiness and successful outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects, defining and managing milestones, deliverables, and client expectations
• Partner with clients to gather business requirements and align implementation plans with operational objectives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project schedules

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client implementation, project coordination, or support roles
• 5+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and supporting solution implementations
• Experience with financial institution branch functions and processes
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for project documentation and tracking
