Job Summary
Supporting the Retention Strategy team on a part-time basis, the Senior Implementation Specialist will execute and oversee the technical implementation of retention marketing programs, focusing on Klaviyo, while working remotely from 5 pm to 9 pm Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain email and SMS campaigns, automated flows, and customer journeys within Klaviyo
- Lead migrations from various platforms and configure integrations with Shopify and other retention technology partners
- Perform technical QA across campaigns, flows, segments, and integrations while supporting internal training initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo Email and SMS
- Experience with platform migrations and ecommerce integrations
- Familiarity with custom events and data architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and QA skills
