Senior Implementations Specialist

Job Summary

Proactively managing the implementation process for external clients, the full-time Senior Implementations Specialist will support both new and existing customers by scoping needs, driving project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support external clients and internal teams in implementing Rain's solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Project manage the end-to-end implementation process, communicating updates and changes to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize the implementation process and address customer issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role managing stakeholders and timelines
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Familiarity with HCM and HR Tech preferred
