Senior In-House CRA

Job Summary

To support clinical trial operations, the full-time Senior In-House CRA will manage site monitoring activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and assist in tracking project progress in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently collects, reviews, and maintains essential documents for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and local requirements
• Communicates and coordinates effectively with internal project staff and site staff, providing mentorship and training to junior team members
• Updates the Clinical Trial Management System and other tools to track trial progress and assists in audit preparation activities as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline preferred or directly applicable work experience
• 2-3 years of relevant clinical research experience (as a CTA, in-house CRA, study coordinator, etc.)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and excellent organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in clinical research operations, including country-specific regulations and ICH guidelines
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
