Senior Incident Response Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the senior technical lead for computer and network incident detection and response, the full-time Senior Incident Response Analyst will investigate cybersecurity incidents, perform forensic analysis, and maintain expertise in vulnerabilities while working in a hybrid remote environment with occasional onsite needs in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead detection, triage, analysis, and investigation of complex cybersecurity alerts and incidents
- Perform forensic analysis, evidence preservation, and data recovery for computer and network intrusions
- Coordinate incident response processes and collaborate with system owners and stakeholders for containment and recovery
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required
- More than 10 years of experience in cybersecurity incident response
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Senior industry certification such as CISSP or equivalent
- Demonstrated technical or management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
