Senior Incident Response Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Incident Response Consultant will provide expert incident response services, including investigation, containment, and remediation, while collaborating with clients to address complex cybersecurity threats.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and customer teams to investigate and contain incidents
• Conduct host forensics, network forensics, log analysis, and malware triage in support of incident response investigations
• Lead client-facing incident response engagements, developing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and remediation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• 5 years of experience in end-to-end incident response investigations, analysis, or containment actions
• 5 years of investigative experience with network forensics, malware triage analysis, or cloud forensics
• Certifications in cloud platforms preferred
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools and log analysis
