Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist
Job Summary
To support procurement initiatives, the remote Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist will execute RFX/RFPs, manage contract negotiations, and oversee the Procure 2 Pay processes while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Execute RFX/RFPs and manage contract negotiations for assigned indirect procurement topics
- Monitor requisition, approval, and PO processes in the Procure 2 Pay platform, providing transactional support as needed
- Gather quotations and evaluate vendor reliability while collaborating with internal stakeholders on sourcing decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of procurement experience is required
- 3+ years of indirect procurement experience is required
- Experience with a major Procure 2 Pay system (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Ivalue, or Zycus) is critical
- Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing initiatives and contract execution in a large corporate environment
