Senior Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

As a key member of the Enterprise Security team, the full-time Senior Information Security Engineer will work remotely to protect corporate data by implementing and operationalizing security tools, focusing on Data Protection operations, and continuously improving alert fidelity to enhance overall security outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and provide tuning recommendations for data loss prevention solutions
• Perform periodic reviews of the data protection program with recommendations for improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand sensitive data locations and necessary protective controls

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows
• Experience with various data loss prevention tools, focusing on exfiltration avenues such as web, endpoint, and email
• Proven knowledge of reviewing DLP alerts, reducing false positives, and transitioning controls to a blocking state with minimal business impact
• Understanding of various data stores, including cloud and SaaS, to deploy monitoring functionality and controls
