Senior Information Security Manager

Job Summary

Owning MPG's information security and privacy program, the full-time Senior Information Security Manager will manage policy, compliance, incident response, and risk management while ensuring the security posture of systems containing company and client data.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage a comprehensive information security and privacy program, including security solutions and training
• Run the incident management program, classifying and mitigating incidents while communicating with stakeholders
• Oversee ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programs, serving as the primary contact for audits and maintaining certifications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in an information security role
• Strong understanding of information security concepts and industry best practices
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programs, including leading audits
• Proficiency in risk assessments and vulnerability testing
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
