Senior Information Security Partner

Job Summary

To support the integration of cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, the full-time Senior Information Security & Compliance Business Partner will manage risk assessments, develop security policies, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary security contact for business unit leaders, providing collaboration and technical security advisory
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, cybersecurity, IT, strategic, and compliance risks
• Develop and oversee the implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls while monitoring compliance with relevant laws and standards

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity/IT Risk Management/IT Audit, with at least 5 years in an operationally focused security role
• Experience working with business leadership and enterprise projects for a minimum of 5 years
• Demonstrated understanding of a wide range of cybersecurity solutions
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA
