Senior Information Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the engineering and automation of the End User Computing platform, the full-time remote Senior Information Systems Engineer will manage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune, deliver virtual desktops on Amazon Workspaces, and automate processes using scripting and APIs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and automate device management through the Microsoft Graph API
- Build and manage Amazon Workspaces bundles and automate provisioning and lifecycle management via AWS tools
- Act as the L2/L3 escalation point for complex incidents and mentor L1 support staff while maintaining technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in IT systems engineering, with at least 3 years focused on End User Computing
- Strong PowerShell skills, with working knowledge of Python and/or Bash for automation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and automation through the Microsoft Graph API
- Experience deploying and operating Amazon Workspaces, including lifecycle automation
