Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the organization's infrastructure capabilities, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer will provide advanced technical leadership, manage complex infrastructure issues, and mentor Systems Administrators while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, systems, and cloud-related issues
• Lead technical response efforts during significant infrastructure incidents and service disruptions
• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise server, virtualization, storage, and network platforms

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible infrastructure administration experience
• Demonstrated experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments and supporting hybrid identity and cloud infrastructure
• Experience leading complex infrastructure implementations and developing technical documentation
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, and Security+
