Job Summary
Providing expert technical direction, the fully remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based systems
- Monitor and optimize network performance using advanced diagnostic tools and implement necessary adjustments
- Provide high-level technical guidance and resolve escalated issues while maintaining system stability
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing enterprise-level services including advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining SD-WAN environments utilizing technologies such as Cisco and Palo Alto Networks
- Comprehensive knowledge of network hardware configuration and maintenance, including platforms such as Cisco, Arista, or Juniper
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and enterprise network architecture best practices
- Expertise in cloud networking technologies and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
