Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
To support its Data Center Automation initiative, the fully remote Senior Infrastructure Engineer will manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server infrastructure, ensuring accessibility and readiness for deployments while coordinating with various technical teams in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud environments
- Investigate and resolve connectivity issues affecting automation platforms and server communication
- Coordinate firewall rule changes, network access requests, and security approvals to facilitate deployments
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration
- Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise Linux and/or Windows servers
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, routing, and firewall concepts
- Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and authentication configurations
- Familiarity with RBAC, IAM, and enterprise change-management processes
