Job Summary
Leading a team of infrastructure engineers, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Manager will manage the infrastructure backlog, partner with cross-functional teams to set priorities, and write infrastructure code while ensuring the platform's security and compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers while owning the infrastructure backlog
- Partner with security, compliance, data, and product engineering teams to set priorities and manage tradeoffs
- Oversee the AWS environment, EKS clusters, and CI/CD processes, ensuring platform reliability and security
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE roles
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers with responsibility for people and delivery
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, including multi-account environments and networking
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes, ideally EKS
- Proficiency in Terraform, including reusable modules and safe state management
