Job Summary
To support the scaling of infrastructure and deployment capabilities, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Quality Engineer will design and implement testing strategies for infrastructure changes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and safety in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of testing approaches and quality gates for infrastructure and platform changes
- Validate end-to-end deployment workflows, including CI/CD pipeline behavior and rollback mechanisms
- Coach engineers on ensuring platform changes are deployable, observable, and resilient under failure conditions
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in quality assurance for infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing and pragmatic quality trade-offs
- Hands-on experience with Azure and familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Proven ability to define and evolve infrastructure testing strategies and practices
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical and quality risks effectively
