Senior Innovation Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the successful implementation and ongoing support of integrations between the Transport.net platform and various systems, the full-time remote Senior Innovation Business Analyst will gather requirements, manage implementation activities, and serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business, operational, and interface requirements while analyzing customer workflows
• Lead implementation activities for customer and partner integrations, managing timelines and coordinating deployment efforts
• Develop and execute testing plans, supporting user acceptance testing and validating integration functionality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, implementation, or business analysis roles
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting customer-facing technology implementations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with integration technologies and data formats such as JSON, XML, and SQL
