Senior Innovation Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting technology innovation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Innovation Consultant will promote awareness of innovation capabilities, coordinate engagement activities, and assist business teams in realizing measurable business value through the adoption of AI and automation.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote innovation capabilities and connect business partners with resources to support enterprise transformation
- Coordinate innovation engagements and execution activities to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Analyze engagement findings and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support documentation for governance compliance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, innovation, transformation, or project delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputs
- Preferred experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)
