Senior Inside Sales Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting various Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in the US market, the full-time Senior Inside Sales Engineer will focus on pre-sales engagements, including POCs and demos, while assisting with documentation, technical research, and other pre-sales activities remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Engineering teams with pre-sales activities, including POCs, demos, and technical documentation
- Conduct technical research and gather requirements to support sales engagements
- Demonstrate cybersecurity solutions and deliver technical demos to customers
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Technical Support or data recovery solutions with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on knowledge of networking, storage systems, hypervisors, and container solutions
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in building and articulating PowerPoint presentations
