Senior Insights Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the CVS business, the full-time Senior Insights Analyst will deliver accurate reporting and integrated insights, translating data into performance narratives and actionable recommendations while enhancing sales strategy and category planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CVS reporting, including weekly and monthly performance updates, item trackers, and promotional scorecards
- Utilize various data sources to identify performance trends and deliver structured insights for retailer conversations and sales planning
- Improve reporting processes and maintain high-quality standards through standardized templates and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Category Management, or CPG analytics supporting national retailers
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data, customer data, and retailer POS systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business implications
