Senior Insights Engineer

Job Summary

To drive AI-powered decision-making, the full-time Senior Agentic Insights Engineer will develop and operate agentic infrastructure for insights generation, ensuring accurate recommendations reach IT leadership while collaborating closely with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conversational analytics agents linked to enterprise data platforms for reliable data retrieval
• Architect delivery mechanisms for persona-based insights in collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams
• Transform agent outputs into actionable operational recommendations for leadership

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering, BI development, or applied AI/ML engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows in production, including tool-calling and multi-step LLM orchestration
• Direct experience with modern lakehouse platforms and conversational analytics tooling
• Strong analytical judgment for validating AI-generated answers against underlying data
• Experience building or integrating delivery mechanisms into enterprise collaboration tools
