Senior Insights Strategist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Insights Strategist to drive research and product strategy for customer and partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define research roadmaps aligned with customer problems and business priorities
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and data science teams
- Advocate for customer and partner needs throughout the product design process
Required Qualifications and Education
- 6+ years in a relevant role such as Insights Manager or Market Researcher
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in conducting end-to-end marketing and product research in the tech industry
- Degree in a relevant field; ideally a Master's or PhD
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively
