Senior Installation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the operational aspects of post-sale implementations, the full-time Senior Installation Manager will manage client onboarding, oversee installation workflows, and optimize processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end implementation processes and lead discovery sessions to establish client onboarding milestones
- Oversee system management within Overwrite and Mercury, ensuring data integrity and contract compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues and maintain stakeholder relationships
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Health Plan Implementation, Group Onboarding, or Account Management
- Proven experience leading operational workflows or managing client setup systems
- Technical proficiency with CRM/implementation platforms, ENav, EDI, and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of commercial health plan benefit design and TPA network structures
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Spanish bilingual is a plus
