Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Mountain Division COE & Enablement team, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will manage end-to-end training solutions, design scalable learning programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational training across multiple resorts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage training projects and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions
• Lead large-scale learning and development initiatives, assessing training needs and designing appropriate strategies
• Develop and maintain diverse training curricula, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and operational needs

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of instructional design and development experience focused on operations training
• A strong portfolio showcasing eLearning and instructor-led training expertise, particularly with Articulate Storyline
• Demonstrated experience in leading and launching large-scale training projects
• Critical thinking skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong graphic design capabilities preferred
