Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Mountain Division COE & Enablement team, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will manage end-to-end training solutions, design scalable learning programs, and consult with stakeholders to assess training needs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage training projects and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions aligned with Mountain Division priorities
• Lead the design and development of diverse training modalities, including online, virtual, and instructor-led formats
• Implement evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and maintain the training curriculum for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of instructional design and development experience focused on operations training
• A strong portfolio showcasing eLearning and instructor-led training expertise, particularly with Articulate Storyline
• Experience leading large-scale training projects with demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong content writing, creativity, and excellent proofing and editing abilities
• Preferred graphic design capabilities
