Senior Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To support an ERP program, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will create and maintain training materials using SAP Enable Now and Articulate Storyline, delivering effective learning experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs across various formats, including instructor-led and e-learning
- Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring alignment with business needs and accuracy
- Manage training logistics and support Train-the-Trainer programs for effective classroom delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline and SAP Enable Now
- 4+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in adult learning methodologies
- Experience in designing blended learning across multiple formats
