Senior Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To create impactful learning solutions for the life sciences industry, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging instructor-led and virtual workshop materials while collaborating with clients and stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop effective instructor-led and virtual workshop materials, including facilitator and participant guides, job aids, and assessments
- Lead instructional design discussions with clients to align learning solutions with business objectives
- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare facilitators for successful workshop delivery
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in needs analysis, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies
- Experience designing live and virtual instructor-led workshops
- Ability to translate complex content into effective learning experiences
- Knowledge of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical or biotechnology training
