Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the development of enterprise learning programs, the contract Senior Instructional Designer will create engaging learning content and design multi-modal experiences while working fully remotely for a duration of 3 months with potential extensions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality learning content using instructional design best practices
• Track and evaluate learning program effectiveness using established measurement methodologies
• Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and learner engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum required
• 4-5 years of instructional design experience, learning content development, and/or learning program evaluation methods
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation and visual content development skills
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools
