Senior Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Leading the modernization of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office training curriculum, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will analyze existing courses, collaborate with subject matter experts, and design a comprehensive curriculum blueprint in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and revise 125 existing courses to modernize pedagogy and instructional design
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure effective curriculum development
- Lead the overall design and implementation of the training curriculum blueprint
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or Curriculum
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience, particularly in curriculum revision
- Expertise in modern learning models, gamification, and AI-assisted instruction
- Experience in government contracting environments and consultation on classroom technology
- Prior experience with high-volume curriculums, specifically over 40 courses, preferred
