Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging training solutions, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will create and implement instructional materials using various methodologies while working remotely for a temporary duration of six months.

Key responsibilities

• Develops training programs and materials for classroom, self-directed, and web-based delivery, integrating adult learning theory
• Conducts needs assessments and task analysis to determine appropriate training solutions based on business needs and performance goals
• Creates and maintains eLearning media using tools such as Articulate Storyline, including simulations and scenario-based learning

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning, or multimedia development
• Proficiency with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and compliant content creation
• Experience with adult learning principles and various training modalities
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a relevant field
