Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support large-scale business objectives, the full-time Senior Instructional Designer will design and develop complex learning solutions, consult with stakeholders, and leverage instructional design best practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to identify skill-building requirements and design effective learning solutions
• Develop advanced learning materials and programs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives
• Coach and mentor less experienced instructional designers and training specialists to enhance their skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, organizational development, human resources, or related field
• Six to eight years of experience in designing and developing adult education curriculum
• Mastery of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Advanced skills with eLearning development tools and learning management systems
• Experience in project management, with certification preferred
