Senior Instructor, Cross-Serve

Job Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating the Cross-Serve Enablement workshop series, the full-time Senior Instructor, Cross-Serve will enhance collaboration across business units by creating engaging training experiences and fostering trust among advisors in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops to improve understanding of business unit strengths and offerings
• Design interactive training experiences that support client-first collaboration across the organization
• Measure and analyze collaboration outcomes to continuously enhance program effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or training sessions for professional audiences
• Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust across diverse stakeholder groups
