Job Summary
Leading the curriculum development and training delivery for Functional Skills, the full-time Senior Instructor will empower associates across diverse financial services business units with practical knowledge and capabilities, ensuring a high-quality learning experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Functional Skills learning domain, including curriculum strategy, design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business-unit leaders and subject matter experts to define role-specific competencies and training needs
- Design and deliver engaging training utilizing adult learning principles and real-world scenarios to enhance on-the-job effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, education, organizational development, or a related field
- Relevant professional designation such as CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC, or CLU
- Experience training in functional skills within at least one financial services field
- Proven ability to translate complex technical knowledge into impactful training experiences
- Experience facilitating learning for adult professionals in various settings
