Senior Integration Development Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development and governance of Integration Architecture, the full-time Senior Integration Development Lead will define enterprise integration processes, provide guidance to development teams, and collaborate with solution architects to enhance integration strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governing principles for integration architecture decision-making across the organization
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze and improve the current integration architecture environment
• Provide leadership and guidance on Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) integration solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Eight years or more of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle
• Six years or more of experience leading software development teams and as a solution or enterprise architect
• Experience in creating and defining new architectural models and using Enterprise Application Integration tools
• Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based services and various integration technologies
