Senior Integration Engineer
Job Summary
To elevate the maturity and reliability of integration practices, the full-time remote Senior Integration Engineer will own the technical vision for enterprise system connections, lead architecture reviews, and guide cross-functional teams in optimizing integrations across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain integration architecture across Finance, Revenue, People Tech, and Go-to-Market domains
- Optimize and maintain complex integrations in Workday Studio and Workato, including new builds and major refactors
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of integration talent across US and India-based teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration engineering or systems architecture
- Proven hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform
- Expertise in Workday Studio, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation
- Strong command of integration architecture patterns, including REST and SOAP API design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
