Senior Integration Engineer
Job Summary
To support a mission-critical application modernization program for a Department of War customer, the full-time Senior Integration Engineer will maintain and enhance integration services, troubleshoot incidents, and establish OpenAPI contracts while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain privileged access to integration services and API gateways connecting the application portfolio
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration incidents, defects, and connectivity issues to ensure system reliability
- Establish and maintain OpenAPI contracts at the platform gateway to standardize existing integrations
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in integration engineering, including REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications
- Demonstrated experience working with legacy interfaces and integrating systems developed by other teams or vendors
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues in production application environments
- U.S. citizenship required; must hold a current favorably adjudicated Tier 5 investigation or active Top Secret clearance
