Senior Integration Manager
Job Summary
Managing ERP integrations for acquisitions, the full-time Senior Integration Manager will oversee planning and execution of integration activities, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive integration plans, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and managing timelines and deliverables
- Lead execution of integration projects, tracking milestones and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Conduct postmortem reviews to identify successful practices and areas for improvement, while documenting integration strategies for future reference
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions with knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle
- Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications preferred
