Senior Integration Specialist
Job Summary
To support the development and support of integration offerings, the full-time remote Senior Integration Specialist will design and develop workflows, deliver projects on time, and mentor team members while transforming customer requirements into effective solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop workflows utilizing core products and various external software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite) to meet customer needs
- Deliver projects within expected timelines while keeping project notes and status updated in project tools
- Mentor team members in solution resolution and communicate effectively regarding project challenges
Required qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience working with APIs across multiple products
- 3+ years of experience in a scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive and adaptable mindset focused on goal achievement
