Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Intelligence Customer Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts
  • Write intelligence reports and draft briefings for customers
  • Advocate for customers with internal teams to improve products and ensure customer feedback is accounted for
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or all-source intelligence analysis
  • Understanding of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, terminology, and processes
  • Ability to communicate complex topics succinctly to both internal and client-facing executives
  • Must be based in the Pacific or Mountain time zones of the United States
