Senior Internal Communications Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Internal Communications Lead will manage leadership communications, develop transformation messaging, and create engaging content to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in leadership discussions to identify communications needs and recommend appropriate strategies
• Operationalize internal communications by maintaining a clear narrative that connects leadership priorities and business outcomes
• Develop executive communications and materials that support transformation initiatives and enhance employee understanding

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or transformation communications
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on executive communications
• Experience in developing communications plans and supporting organizational change through effective messaging
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent education required
