Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Developing and implementing internal communications strategies, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will engage and educate audiences on the company's mission and goals while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with the company's focus on dual eligibles and Medicare Advantage
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal communications channels to refine strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably with regulatory communication and training experience
• Master's Degree preferred
• Experience in developing training channels and content plans
• Ability to manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle
