Job Summary

To elevate internal communications, the hybrid Senior Internal Communications Specialist will manage Weston's internal narrative and messaging frameworks, ensuring consistent, strategy-aligned communication across the organization while collaborating closely with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop Weston's internal narrative and messaging frameworks to maintain consistency across all communications
• Plan and execute internal communications strategies, including writing and distributing employee-centered content
• Draft and refine executive communications, ensuring alignment with Weston's strategic narrative and advising leaders on effective messaging

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop and maintain enterprise messaging frameworks
• Experience managing internal communication channels such as newsletters and intranet platforms
• Strong project management and editorial planning skills
