Senior Internal Security Investigator

Job Summary

Conducting non-field investigations of suspected fraud or illegal activities, the full-time Senior Internal Security Investigator will work remotely, interviewing witnesses, evaluating information credibility, and providing training to support the claims handling process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into suspected fraud and illegal activities against the company
• Evaluate information and determine its credibility, referring cases to outside agencies as necessary
• Provide training and support to various departments involved in the claims handling process

• Capability to handle heavy claim volume and stressful situations
• Experience in learning and applying large amounts of technical and procedural information
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
