Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of international operations, the full-time salaried Senior International Operations Director will optimize fulfillment, freight, and compliance for non-US markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end international operations strategy, including fulfillment, freight, duties, and returns for all non-US markets
- Manage international 3PL and freight partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- Oversee compliance with duties, taxes, and landed cost modeling across shipping regions, partnering with Finance and Tech teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in international ecommerce operations, global logistics, or supply chain management
- Proven track record in managing international 3PL, carrier, and freight partner relationships
- Deep understanding of cross-border duties, taxes (VAT/IOSS), and customs compliance
- Experience launching new international markets, including systems and compliance planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools and OMS/WMS platforms
