Senior Interoperability Specialist
Job Summary
Driving the success of health information networks, the full-time Senior Interoperability Specialist will manage complex onboarding processes for EHRs, providers, and health vendors, while working remotely and utilizing technical expertise to establish new data connections and maintain operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex onboarding of EHRs, providers, and health information exchanges, establishing new data connections and coordinating testing and rollout
- Monitor the health of data connections, troubleshoot issues with vendor teams, and document failure patterns to improve onboarding processes
- Create and maintain operational playbooks and documentation, train team members, and report onboarding metrics to leadership
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in operations, onboarding, or interoperability coordination within the healthcare or technology sector
- Experience leading repeatable processes and reporting operational outcomes to leadership
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) and experience tracking onboarding pipelines
