Senior Investment Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting investment data governance and operational controls, the full-time Senior Investment Data Analyst will manage security master data, perform reconciliations, and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in accounting and reporting, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and resolution of discrepancies in security master data and income accruals
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of security master files, ensuring alignment with governance standards
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on accounting and reporting guidance while assisting in user acceptance testing for system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment operations or accounting
• At least 2 years of experience with PAM for Investments (PFI) preferred
• Strong systems background and familiarity with AI-based solutions or automation tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with superior time management skills
