Senior Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on governance framework development and compliance monitoring, the full-time Senior Investment Operations Analyst will provide bank loan operations support to investment portfolio managers and compliance teams in a remote role with occasional travel to the Farmington, CT office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement governance frameworks and compliance monitoring programs for the bank loan portfolio
• Enhance operational controls across the bank loan trade lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust governance and control environments while supporting audits and regulatory documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment operations or related fields
• Experience with Allvue or other trade order management systems and investment accounting systems like Simcorp Dimension
• Strong technology focus with the ability to automate repetitive tasks
• Previous experience working with investments including fixed income, alternative assets, loans, and/or derivatives
